Engineered in solid titanium, the Atlas is so light you will often forget that it is on your wrist. Titanium is also naturally non-allergenic. Understated, yet superbly functional, the Atlas model is perfect for everyday wear, at work or at play.
High-contrast, luminous dials and large, clear numbers offer exceptional legibility, day or night. Read the time at a glance, without glasses.
Wasn’t sure If I wanted a black dial or white. Decided on the white initially and liked it. Light, easy to see numbers -simply looks good. So why not, bought a black dial. Only negative for me is both the rubber and black leather bands are too long for my smallish wrist.
At first it seems small because I also wear a Torpedo Blast 44mm and a Titan lll. but I really like it now, it is easy to read and it is so light that you hardly know that you are wearing it. If the lume is like the other Momentum watches I have I expect it would last most of the night when charged up. It is a great watch for everyday and for adventures. Thanks Momentum
This watch is light weight, only 37 grams without straps! It’s also slim, and at 38mm it’s the neither too big nor too small. I’ve been wearing mine for a couple of months and the sapphire crystal is still impeccable despite it being worn and banged on the daily. But perhaps the best thing about the Momentum Atlas is it’s readability. A quick glance from any angle, and the day makes sense again. This watch has got you covered while driving, hiking, canoeing, camping...anything! The lume is also outstanding, and the strap selection impressive. Five stars !
Thank you for the kind words Rowan!
This is the basic watch that I intend to keep running forever, with Momentum's help. I love all things titanium for its lightness and neutrality with skin. I purchased an Atlas black dial with titanium band decades ago. What I like about the Atlas is that Momentum will keep this titanium, basic watch running indefinitely. They've already replaced a movement, and a scratched mineral glass, and several batteries. Reasonable repair prices. I'm about to send it in for another battery and an upgrade to a sapphire glass. A little metal polish and it looks great. I have other specialty watches, but the Atlas is what I put on most days.
I like it because it doesn't do all that much, but what it does it does very well. Small but doesn't feel small. Light but is still substantial. Perfect for a Nato strap. I'd like to try the Ti bracelet, but a Nato works so well doubt if I will. Easy to read with good lum, if I charge it I can read it all night. Accuracy is very good, the second hand is precise and not bouncy, and lines up well with the second indices. I have other watches that do more, but I always come back to my Atlas.
