1. Orders and Payments
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business day of receiving payment, as your watch is built to order. Canadian and International orders are processed from our Vancouver studio. USA orders are shipped from our Blaine, WA studio.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day, as our offices will be closed. If your watch includes Engraving, please expect an additional 2 business days for processing. Momentum is not responsible for any carrier delays.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
- PayPal
- Shopify Shop Payments
- Afterpay
All payments are securely processed to protect your personal and financial information.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at watches@momentumwatch.com
2. Shipping Policy
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2 to 10 business days for Canada and the USA.
- $25 Priority Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days for Canada and the USA.
- Express DHL shipping for all international orders outside Canada and the USA. Estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days
- $5.00 USD / $6.00 CAD for standard ground shipping on all orders under $99.00 (typically 3-16 business days)
- Free Expedited Shipping over $99 in Canada and the USA.
- We can ship to PO Boxes.
- APO addresses can take up to 45 business days to deliver to.
- Watch Brand/bracelet orders are sent via regular post and are untracked.
All shipping timelines are estimated by the carrier, and exceptions may apply. Please note that Momentum is not responsible for shipping carrier delays (inclement weather, heavy volume, etc.).
We are unable to change/modify address corrections once the order has shipped.
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are determined by the destination country’s customs. Recipients are responsible for import fees.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location. VAT and taxes are included for all UK and select EU orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. International Orders
UK and EU Orders
All customs/VAT and shipping fees are now included in the GBP and Euro prices shown on our website, so these will be covered by Momentum. There are no extra fees payable by you upon arrival in the UK or EU.
Customs & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside the countries listed above, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (like VAT or GST) are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are charged by your country’s customs office at delivery.
They are not included in your order total, and we cannot predict or control these charges.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If an international order is refused or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we may refund the cost of the watch. However, any shipping and handling fees we cannot recover from the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
If you’re unsure about possible customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering. We’re here to help make your international purchase as smooth as possible!
Discounting & Sales
If an item goes on sale within 30 days of your purchase and the same stocked item in the same color and size is still available, we will gladly issue a store credit of the difference for you to spend on your next purchase.
