The SLK has been part of the Momentum lineup since the 1990s, a no-nonsense all-digital watch that made bold functions easy to use. This is its evolution. The Solar SLK keeps everything that made the original worth wearing, and updates it for the long haul: a larger 43mm case precision-machined from Grade 2 titanium, a reverse LCD display with gold tone digits, sapphire crystal, solar charging, and enough functionality to replace half your gear bag. 

The case is black-ion coated Grade 2 titanium: genuinely light on the wrist, corrosion-resistant, and harder-wearing than steel at roughly 40% of the weight. It's the kind of material choice that makes sense the moment you put it on. The 43mm diameter is sized for presence and legibility without tipping into oversized territory, and the locking pushbuttons keep the watch sealed tight whether you're in the water or just don't want accidental presses.

The reverse LCD display is the defining detail of this version - dark background, crisp gold-tone numerals that read clearly in any light, with a character that leans more instrument than gadget. A sapphire crystal sits over the display, virtually scratch-proof and optically clear.

Power comes from the sun, or any indoor light. The solar movement charges continuously and can run for months without seeing direct light. No battery swaps, no service intervals. 

Under the hood: a perpetual calendar with day, month, and date that accounts for month lengths automatically; world time with major cities pre-programmed; a precision chronograph; a programmable countdown timer; three independent alarms; and a backlight for low-light reading.
