- Address it simply to “The Service Centre”.
- When shipping your watch across any international border, please indicate “Used watch - for repair & return only.” And a nominal value: “For customs purposes only. No commercial value.”
- Do not enclose the original gift box, but do package the watch carefully to prevent damage in transit. (e.g., bubble or padded envelope).
- Ensure that the package is adequately insured and, if possible, obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible or liable for watches lost while in transit to one of our facilities.
- You are responsible for any duties, taxes, freight or other fees associated with shipping your watch to our Service Centres.
- If payment of duties or fees is required to secure delivery of your service return, we reserve the right to charge an extra service fee to cover such extra costs, or to refuse the package.
Please note for all service/repair submissions
Momentum® watches that are still under warranty must be serviced by one of our Authorized Momentum Service Centres, listed above to maintain the warranty. Momentum watches can be serviced by any qualified local watchmaker. This can save some cost and shipping delays, but we recommend using a watchmaker with a good waterproof testing machine, who can guarantee that the watch is sealed and waterproof after any servicing. We should underline that if a Momentum watch is serviced by a non-authorized Service Centre (including dealer servicing), this will automatically void any remaining Momentum warranty.
