Solar-Powered Movement
The Steelix Eclipse may look like our best-selling Steelix Field Watch, but do not be fooled. Under the dial is a state-of-the-art solar movement that charges in any light, allowing the Eclipse to run for up to 6 months in pitch darkness. Say good-bye to regular battery changes.

200M Water-Resistance
All Steelix models feature high-quality screw-down crowns that thread into the case and feature water sealing gaskets, giving the Steelix a 200M depth rating. The screw-down feature also ensures the crown won't pop-out accidentally. The crown is off-set to the 4 o'clock position so it does not dig into the wrist, creating a more comfortable fit.

Awesome
This is my second Momentum watch and I like it.

Great Watch
It's a terrific watch, typical of every Momentum watch I've ever owned. My one problem may be that I have worn my watches on the inside of my wrist since I was a kid playing and broke 2 or 3 watches every summer swinging at inside pitches in baseball or softball. Just to be safe, when I take it off to sleep I place it under a small led light to keep it charged. Other than not being able to change that tendency, it's a great watch.

Incredible watch
It looks great (I managed to scratch the case within half an hour but it was a relief to get it over with so I can wear it with confidence.) The lume is very good and charges quickly, the translucent dial over the solar panel is subtle but very cool, and the three-tone blue looks phenomenal in any light. I had to put a different strao on it because I have small wrists but I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants dive watch durability without the bezel.

A great, but not perfect solar field watch.
First off, I really do like this watch a lot. I love the look of it, whenever I see it, it reminds me of the engine cowling of an old DC3 airplane. Perhaps I'm just weird though. The watch is well built and designed. It feels a lot smaller then a 44mm watch should. Momentum were great to deal with. They were more then happy to swap out the strap of my blue faced watch with the a black Goma one (which is an awesome strap by the way) and wrote a nice note on the packing slip. Currently looking for another solar watch; a solar M50 with a non-black dial would equal "take my money!" - just sayin' - thanks for a great experience! Oh yeah, the not to great aspect in the lume. In my opinion it's really bad. But I typically don't use it anyways on any watch, so this isn't a deal breaker for me, but i know people whose this would be a deal breaker. It's virtually impossible to tell the time after only a few minutes in the dark.
Fantastic self powered watch
Makes a great adventure watch with ruggedness and style. I’m a automatic watch person but wanted something self powered, reliable, durable and would be proud to wear. The Steelix Eclipse is it. Seems quite accurate in keeping time and takes the abuse of cycling, off-roading, and other outdoor pursuits. Feels solid and comfort on the wrist and the face is very legible. This is a locally sourced, and better alternative to another solar powered watch.
