Engineered in solid titanium, the Atlas is so light you will often forget that it is on your wrist. Titanium is also naturally non-allergenic. Understated, yet superbly functional, the Atlas model is perfect for everyday wear, at work or at play.
High-contrast, luminous dials and large, clear numbers offer exceptional legibility, day or night. Read the time at a glance, without glasses.
I bought this watch initially for my son. I bought him the white dial and brown leather. Being an avid momentum watch owner (I own 7) I thought I would treat him this time. Well I liked it so much when I gave it to him and every time I saw it I knew it would be my next addition! I really like the brown leather and have started to alternate between the 4 different momentum nato straps that I have. I would say this is the most versatile out of all the watches I own. Thank you as per always for the incredible style and craftsmanship that is also so incredibly functional!
Dear Josh, Thank you so much for the kind review and for the continued support of our small local brand, it means the world to us and we're thrilled you've introduced us to your son as well. We're thrilled you're enjoying your Atlas, and if you have any questions concerns please don't hesitate to reach out in the future :) All the best, Pascal P. Momentum Watches
This 44mm titanium atlas is a great watch. It's lightweight, easy to read and outstanding lume. Highly recommended. 44mm atlas white dial, black hands and sapphire.
I'm older, I'm busy, and I'm hard on my watches as I work with equipment every day. I don't want a kilo of steel on my wrist. When I want the time and date I just want to be able to glance at my wrist and not have to fish out my smartphone. I don't want bells and whistles that get in the way of that. I don't want something that has to be charged every day or will get crushed or gouged when I've got my arm behind a heavy lab freezer and the concrete wall. I want to be able to read it at night in the dark without blinding my night vision like my smartphone does. So I ordered the black background 44mm body, saphire crystal and leather strap, wondering if it might be too large. It isn't. It fits my wrist comfortably, is lightweight so I hardly notice it, has a clean and "fast" to read display and the large glowing numerals and hands are easy to read in the middle of night. Thankyou.
I am a confirmed Momentum fan. I discovered Momentum while working in their head office area a few years ago. I have previously owned Omega watches. They were expensive to maintain and reasonably accurate. But really only told time. Momentum watches, (I own 4 ) have been excellent time pieces. The factory techs have almost always been a pleasure to shop with, take pride in their work and product. The Atlas watch is everything I need in a watch. The day date function, large analog face and luminous dial supply all the information I need. The durable case and crystal complete the package. I have the rubber band rather than leather for durability in wet conditions.
Looks great, feels solid, and very comfortable to wear. I'd love it if it was offered in a slightly smaller case size, say 40-42mm, as it doesn't easily slide underneath a shirt cuff. It's not my everyday watch, but I wear it mostly if I'm spending time in the outdoors, backpacking, camping etc. I just love how simple, functional and rugged it is. I have the black dial version, and while it is super legible in most settings, the lume does not glow very bright for long. With that said, it does remain decently legible through most of the night. I was surprised to find that I could still read the time in near-perfect darkness from within my sleeping bag at 5am (after being outdoors the entire day prior). PS. Looks great on a khaki-colored nato strap.
